Business Analyst

Salary range: 3000-4500 Euro (gross).

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Analysis of business needs, processes, and information systems
• Requirement specification of information systems
• Task description and specification for developers
• Preparation of technical documentation
• User trainings and consultations
  
  

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

• Proven knowledge of IT business analysis field
• 4+ years of experience in information system development and implementation projects
• Understanding of information system development cycle
• Experience in business process modeling tools (BPMN or similar)
• General knowledge of software testing, and databases
• Analytical thinking, creativity, and strong communication skills
• Fluent in Lithuanian (speaking, reading, writing) and great written and verbal English skills
  
  

Optional qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Certificate in business analysis (ECBA, BCS foundation, or similar)
  
  

Strong advantage in this role:

• Knowledge or certification of Guidewire (Policy Center) BA
