Responsibilities
What will you do ?
- Manage the full user account lifecycle: account creation, modification, and deletion (Joiner / Mover / Leaver).
- Apply and enforce access policies in line with user roles and responsibilities.
- Participate in the deployment and ongoing maintenance of IAM solutions.
- Provide Level 1 support for access-related incidents, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed.
- Handle user and application access requests, from intake through to fulfilment.
- Contribute to the documentation of IAM procedures, workflows, and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of access rights across systems.
Who are you ?
- Have a least 2-3 years of experience as IAM Adminstrator.
- Familiarity with LDAP directory services, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
- Understanding of access control models: RBAC and ABAC.
- Knowledge of authentication protocols such as SAML and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
- Exposure to IAM tools such as SailPoint, Evidian IGA, or Okta is a plus.
- Hold a Master degree in Cybersecurity or Computer science
- Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
- Personal follow-up during your career at CBTW.
