Business Analyst

Please note, this an URGENT 8 month extendable contract in Luxembourg on-site.

What our client is looking for within this Business Analyst role;

• Experience in the roles of Oracle Cloud HCM implementor or Oracle Cloud HCM system administrator.
• Knowledge or previous experience with PeopleSoft HCM as an implementor or functional system administrator.
• Excellent knowledge and hands on technical skills with Oracle Cloud HCM Security & Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR.
• Experience with integration between Oracle Cloud HCM and other systems (PeopleSoft, Sailpoint, DMS etc..)
• Address complex issues and questions about Oracle Cloud HCM implemented functionality or interfaces, proposing appropriate solutions or workarounds based on expert knowledge.
• Document business and functional requirements accurately
• Perform necessary configuration changes in Oracle Cloud HCM, drawing on functional expertise to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Carry out maintenance tasks in Oracle Cloud HCM.
