We are looking for an experienced IT Security Specialist with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join Capitole for one of our top financial clients in Luxembourg. If you're skilled in access rights design, IAM tools, and enjoy working in regulated environments — this is the mission for you!

🤖 Responsabilities and Requirements:

• Daily management of user accounts and access rights (joiner/mover/leaver processes).
• Administration of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems.
• Assist in defining and deploying access rights for new applications.
• Apply RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) methodologies for access modeling.
• Provide support to users and coordinate with internal stakeholders.

🛠️ Technical Requirements:

• Solid experience in IAM/PAM administration.
• Strong skills in Active Directory (AD) and EntraID (Azure AD).
• Knowledge of Lotus Notes, RACF, CyberArk, One Identity Manager, and PKI/certificates is considered a plus.
• Fluent in French (mandatory); Luxembourgish, German, or English are additional assets.
• Ability to integrate smoothly into a team of 8 people and communicate effectively.
