About The Client
- We are hiring on behalf of our client, one of the largest and fastest-growing global technology and digital engineering companies. With thousands of professionals worldwide, the organization specializes in building scalable digital platforms, enterprise applications, and AI-driven solutions for global enterprises.
Note- This is a 1 year fixed term role with Client on Client payroll.
- We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture to build and scale backend systems in a cloud-native environment. The role requires a hands-on engineer who can deliver high-quality services while contributing to architectural discussions and system design decisions.
- Develop scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Design and maintain microservices-based architectures
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services
- Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams
- Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews
- Ensure code quality through testing and engineering best practices
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve system performance
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
- 8+ years of backend development experience
- Strong expertise in Java (8+) and Spring Boot
- Experience designing and building microservices architectures
- Strong experience building REST APIs and backend services
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and build tools
- Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments
