A large global organisation is seeking an experienced iOS Tester to support the validation of in-cab navigation, tablet-based, and iOS mobility applications used across vehicle platforms. The position focuses on ensuring the quality, reliability, accuracy, and safety of navigation, routing, driver assistance, diagnostics, and fleet applications deployed on vehicle-mounted tablets and iOS devices.

This is a permanent full-time position, working on-site in the North Brabant area of the Netherlands, within a collaborative and international engineering environment.

The ideal candidate will be able to communicate in both English and Dutch.

Key Responsibilities:

• iOS & In-Cab Application Testing: Perform functional and integration testing of iOS applications running on vehicle-mounted tablets and mobile devices.
• Navigation & GPS Application Testing: Validate navigation functionality including routing accuracy, GPS performance, mapping behaviour, and offline navigation capabilities.
• Vehicle & OEM System Validation: Support testing of integrations between mobile applications and vehicle systems, ensuring compatibility and reliability across platforms.
• Test Planning & Execution: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios to ensure comprehensive coverage across application features and releases.
• Automation & API Testing: Support automation efforts using tools such as XCUITest or Appium and perform validation of backend services and REST APIs.
• Defect Management & Collaboration: Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with development and engineering teams to support resolution and continuous improvement

Key Skills Required:

• Strong experience in iOS application testing across iPhone and iPad devices
• Hands-on experience testing navigation or GPS-based applications
• Experience with tablet-based applications within automotive, fleet, logistics, or industrial environments
• Good understanding of maps, routing logic, GPS, offline navigation, and location services
• Experience using iOS automation tools such as XCUITest or Appium
• Knowledge of REST APIs, backend integrations, and data synchronisation.
