Job Description

Key Responsibilitieso Create high-quality UI designs in Figma that align with Customers design system and accessibility standards.oConduct the full breadth of UX research including requirements gathering, user interviews, accessibility and heuristic audits, usability testing, and data synthesis.oCollaborate closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience across multiple PtP program modules.oTranslate research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI assets.oEnsure consistency and usability across all modules through design governance and iteration.oUtilize Figma Make and incorporate AI-driven design tools to improve design efficiency, prototyping, and testing workflows. oKey Skills ExperienceoProven experience (45 years) in UX/UI design for complex, multi-module applications.Advanced Figma skills for both prototyping and design system application.oFamiliarity with AI-assisted design tools and their application in UX/UI workflows.Strong background in qualitative and quantitative UX research methods.oAbility to manage multiple workstreams and meet delivery timelines.oExcellent communication and collaboration skills.Tools AccessoCustomers will provide access to relevant systems, design libraries, research tools, and collaboration platforms.oAll work to be delivered in accordance with Customers brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and data security requirements.
