Overview:

We are looking for a commercially-minded Payments Partnership Manager to serve as the primary engine for our global payment infrastructure. In this role, you will be the hands-on expert responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing the banking and PSP relationships that power our fiat-to-crypto ecosystem.

If you have a knack for navigating the complexities of SEPA/SWIFT rails while simultaneously speaking the language of stablecoin settlements, you’ll thrive here. You will act as a key individual contributor driving our day-to-day payment operations and commercial growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provider Management: Source and manage relationships with Banks, PSPs, EMIs, and crypto on/off-ramp providers to ensure 24/7 liquidity and uptime.
  • Optimization: Monitor and improve key performance metrics, specifically transaction approval rates, processing fees, and settlement cycles.
  • Execution: Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new payment methods, from initial outreach and commercial negotiation to technical integration support.
  • Risk & Compliance: Work directly with Risk and Compliance teams to ensure all partners meet MiCA and PSD2 standards, and assist in managing fraud/chargeback ratios.
  • Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on local payment trends (Open Banking, Faster Payments) and emerging crypto rails to ensure our platform remains competitive.
  • Reporting: Track and report on counterparty exposure, liquidity utilization, and the commercial health of our payment stack.



Requirements:

  • Experience: 3–5 years in Fintech, Payments, or the Crypto/Web3 space.
  • Crypto Fluency: Practical understanding of how digital asset platforms interact with traditional banking—specifically on/off-ramp flows and stablecoin settlements.
  • Network Knowledge: Deep familiarity with European rails (SEPA, SWIFT) and card acquiring ecosystems.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to manage commercial terms and service level agreements (SLAs) with external financial partners.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Working knowledge of the EU regulatory landscape, including AML requirements and the implications of MiCA.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using data to identify bottlenecks in the payment flow and proposing technical or commercial solutions.
