Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ERP Data & Reporting Manager to lead a small, high-performing reporting and master data team within a major FMCG digital transformation programme.

This is a leadership role, focusing on driving data integrity, governance, and reporting across ERP and MDM systems while collaborating with a wide range of business and technical stakeholders.

You will manage the team, own programme-level reporting deliverables, and ensure that business-critical data streams are accurate, consistent, and actionable.

This is not a hands-on analyst role — the focus is on strategic oversight, leadership, and delivery.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Governance

• Lead and mentor a small team of Data Analysts and Data Stewards, setting priorities, reviewing outputs, and ensuring alignment with programme milestones.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Define clear roles, responsibilities, and processes for your team within the ERP/MDM environment.

ERP & Master Data Management (MDM)

• Own master data governance for customers, products, suppliers, and finance domains.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with corporate standards across ERP systems.
• Guide your team in implementing validation rules, quality checks, and data cleansing initiatives.

Reporting & Analytics Oversight

• Drive the design, deployment, and governance of dashboards, KPIs, and standard reporting solutions.
• Partner with business process owners to translate reporting needs into actionable, enterprise-wide insights.
• Ensure reporting aligns with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the primary point of contact for reporting and data governance across the programme.
• Collaborate with functional leads, project managers, ERP architects, and external vendors.
• Communicate data-related risks, issues, and mitigation plans to programme leadership.

Skills & Experience Required

• 7+ years managing teams in ERP, MDM, or data reporting environments.
• Exposure to ERP transformations (e.g., Infor M3, SAP S/4) or other integrated enterprise systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple reporting workstreams and resource planning across stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management skills — able to influence and communicate with senior leaders.
• Experience implementing data governance and master data processes at enterprise scale.
• Familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) is a plus, but focus is on team oversight.
• Strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
