We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to optimise customer onboarding, drive engagement, and improve retention. In this role, you'll turn complex data into actionable insights that influence strategy, working closely with product, marketing, data science, and engineering teams in an Agile environment.

• Analyze onboarding behavior to enhance engagement, conversion, and retention
• Build dashboards and reports to track acquisition and performance
• Collaborate with product and marketing on experiments, flows, and campaigns
• Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover trends and business insights
• Partner with data engineers to ensure smooth data integration
• Communicate insights clearly and influence strategic decisions
• Apply A/B testing and experimentation methodologies
• Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and analytics practices
  
  

• Master's degree (or Bachelor's with strong experience)
• 6+ years in data analysis, ideally within digital platforms or acquisition
• Strong SQL skills + experience with Power BI
• Knowledge of Python or R
• Expertise in A/B testing and statistical analysis
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities
• Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in an Agile environment
• Experience building tracking plans
• Git/GitHub and DBT knowledge is a plus
