Job Title: DevOps Engineer
Location: Lisbon | Hybrid
Overview:
We have partnered with a growing product-led technology company operating in the equity and financial infrastructure space. They are looking for a DevOps Engineer to build and own DevOps from scratch within a product-driven financial technology company. Reports to the Tech Lead.
This is the first DevOps hire. You’ll have full responsibility for infrastructure, security, and operational standards across a 50/50 Azure and GCP environment.
What you’ll own
- Multi-cloud infrastructure using Terraform
- Production Kubernetes platforms
- CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar)
- Security, compliance, and observability
- DevOps standards and best practices
What matters
- Building from ground up experience
- Either Azure or GCP hands-on
- Terraform & Kubernetes (must-have)
- Strong engineering mindset and autonomy
- Security-first thinking
Interview process:
- 30-min screening
- 1-hour technical deep dive (no live coding)
- Final interview
