Job Description

Research and understand the principles and applications of Generative AI
Develop AI Agents using LLM frameworks and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) structures with tools such as Langflow/Langchain
Build AI solutions using Python with common AI/ML/Automation libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, FastAPI, selenium
Support internal business workflows by identifying new automation opportunities
Support currently implemented automation projects and workflows
Build and maintain API pipelines (Flask, FastAPI)
Support the assessment and integration of external AI software solutions to enhance business processes

Qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or similar Engineering field
At least 2 years of experience implementing AI and automation solutions (automotive or consumer electronics industry experience is a plus)
Strong Python programming skills with software engineering focus
Proficiency with Generative AI models, Agentic AI deployment, and RAG structures using tools such as Langflow/Langchain
Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including version control (Git), testing, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker)
Professional-level English and Portuguese language skills
Passion for teamwork and collaboration in an international environment
