Your Mission Will Be

• Design, develop, and integrate end-to-end speech and NLP pipelines, including ASR, NLU, and intent/slot models;
• Enhance system robustness to handle noise, accents, and real-world usage scenarios;
• Support and refine language understanding and conversational behavior across voice-driven solutions;
• Optimize models to meet latency, performance, and resource constraints in production environments;
• Define and apply evaluation strategies to continuously measure and improve speech and NLP quality.

You Will Need

• Solid hands-on experience with speech recognition and natural language processing systems;
• Practical knowledge of ASR and NLU pipelines, model evaluation, and dataset preparation;
• Strong Python skills and experience working with machine learning frameworks in real-world settings;
• Understanding of deployment constraints, including performance, scalability, and reliability considerations;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
• Experience with voice assistants, conversational platforms, or dialog management systems;
• Exposure to edge AI or embedded machine learning environments;
• Knowledge of multilingual or locale-specific NLP challenges and solutions;
• Familiarity with collaborating across QA, platform, and product teams.
