Role Description:

As an RGM Analyst (Revenue Growth Management), you will support the delivery of pricing insights, analytics, and revenue growth initiatives for a portfolio of FMCG brands across global markets, with a particular focus on supporting marketing and brand performance measurement in the US market.

You will join a high-impact, growing challenger specialist that routinely wins and replaces large consultancies with its innovative mix of software and deep category knowledge.

In this role, you will contribute to revenue growth initiatives by analyzing pricing, promotions, and commercial data, while supporting client teams with actionable insights and analytical tools.

In this role you will

RGM Analysis & Insights

  • Support the analysis and development of RGM initiatives across:
  • Pricing strategy (everyday pricing, pack-price architecture)
  • Promotions (promo depth, mechanics, ROI analysis)
  • Trade terms and investment effectiveness
  • Assortment and portfolio optimization
  • Channel and customer segmentation
  • Assist in analyzing pricing elasticity, product mix, and promotional performance.
  • Leverage Brand Delta’s unique software tools in client setting
  • Translate analytical findings into clear insights that support commercial decision-making.

Data Analysis

  • Analyze and interpret client datasets including:
  • Nielsen, GfK, or IRI data sources
  • Offtake and sales data
  • Retailer EPOS data
  • Internal financial and commercial data
  • Leverage BrandDelta’s Price & Promotion measurement software tools to support real-world client cases.
  • Support the creation of dashboards, reports, and RGM tracking tools.

Client & Project Support

  • Support consultants and senior team members in delivering RGM projects for FMCG clients across multiple markets.
  • Assist in preparing analyses, presentations, and materials for client discussions and workshops.
  • Help identify performance gaps and opportunities through data-driven insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams including consultants, analysts, and data scientists.
  • Collaborate with client teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Category Management to support RGM initiatives.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and development of analytical tools and methodologies.

Required Skills

  • 2–5 years of experience in the FMCG / Consumer Goods industry, consulting, analytics, or commercial roles.
  • Understanding of sales dynamics and Gross-to-Net (GTN) structures.
  • CPG / FMCG Product P&L logic understanding
  • Proficient knowledge of pricing, promotions, and revenue management principles.
  • Comfort working with data small & large and performing analytical assessments to support commercial strategies.
  • Familiarity with descriptive statistics and analytical tools used in pricing and promotion analysis.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to Revenue Growth Management (RGM) or Net Revenue Management (NRM) concepts.
  • Experience working with Nielsen, IRI, GfK, or retail data.
  • International or multi-market exposure.
  • Experience working in cross-functional commercial environments (Sales, Marketing, Finance).
