Key Responsibilities

• Create, Manage and Deliver D365 F&O (ERP) / CE(CRM) Implementation Projects according to the HSO Project Methodology
• Manage Customers, Projects & Resources
• Close communication with all levels of stakeholders
• Regular updates on the project progress, issues, and risks
• Create and communicate mitigation plan on issues and risks
• Maintain the Project Resources and the budget
• Meet customer expectations of management and skills
• Identify business/project risk and mitigate or communicate as necessary
• Participate in pre-sales activities, as requested
• Always represent HSO in a professional and positive manner
• Advise customers on industries’ best practices in a proactive manner

2 Weeks of Self Learning & Training is provided on HSO Methodology after which

• Juniors: Own a Project which will be Single Country Single Application Implementation
• Mid: Own a Project which will be Multi Country Roll-Out Single Application Implementation or vice versa
• Senior: Own a Project which will be Multi Country Multi Application Implementation
