A fast-growing and internationally active MedTech innovator is looking for a Senior Cloud & DevOps Engineer to help scale secure Azure cloud infrastructure powering next-generation healthcare solutions.

You will work closely with a small, highly skilled platform team delivering cloud solutions that support cutting-edge medical technology used by patients worldwide.

🧠 Your Role

As a key member of the Cloud Platform / DevOps team, you will design and operate secure cloud environments that enable engineering teams to build life-changing digital health solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

☁️ Designing and operating Microsoft Azure environments aligned with strict regulatory and security standards (GxP, ISO 27001, FDA, MDR)

⚙️ Automating infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform

🔄 Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using platforms like Azure DevOps, GitHub or GitLab

🧩 Collaborating within an agile platform team (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives)

📊 Supporting internal product teams by translating technical requirements into scalable cloud solutions

🔐 Ensuring security, compliance and traceability throughout the cloud infrastructure lifecycle

🤝 Working with external IT partners and vendors to integrate services and manage platform components

👨 💻 What We're Looking For

✔️ 5+ years experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering or Infrastructure roles

✔️ Strong experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services

✔️ Hands-on expertise with Terraform / Infrastructure-as-Code

✔️ Experience building CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab etc.)

✔️ Solid understanding of networking, identity management and cloud security

✔️ Experience working in regulated environments (GxP, ISO, medical device, pharma or healthcare) is a strong plus

✔️ Comfortable collaborating with both engineering teams and business stakeholders

🌍 Languages: English required | German a strong advantage

Certifications in Azure, DevOps, or Cloud Architecture are welcome.
