About AgileAdvant
AgileAdvant Switzerland Ltd. is an independent management and technology consulting firm focused on enterprise agility, program and project management, and predictable delivery. We combine consulting, academy training, and software to improve speed and predictability in complex enterprise delivery environments. With PMEOS, we are building a software suite for reliable project execution.
What the role is about
You own product direction and execution end-to-end, in close partnership with CEO/CTO and Business Operations. PMEOS moderates stand-ups and other project-related meetings, validates information against the respective project management tool, and produces structured outcomes such as progress reports, risks, dependencies, and action items. PMEOS also supports capacity and workload planning across the team and highlights deviations early.
You bring structure to discovery and delivery, prioritize consistently based on customer value, and ensure the vision turns into shippable releases.
Your responsibilities
- Develop the product vision, positioning, and roadmap for PMEOS (from Scrum team execution to full enterprise orchestration)
- Product discovery: validate customer problems, define value hypotheses, plan experiments, and translate insights into decisions
- Backlog ownership: epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization, and release planning in line with Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD)
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership, design and engineering (including external partners), as well as consulting and academy teams to ensure product and delivery experience fit together
- Drive integrations and structure requirements for additional tools and platforms
- Co-create the co-innovation partner program: feedback loops, partner workshops, beta rollouts, and governance standards
- Ensure go-to-market readiness: packaging/value messaging, sales enablement, demos, use cases, and pilot success criteria in close coordination with consulting and academy so PMEOS delivers real impact in day-to-day work
- You drive quality, security, and compliance requirements to ensure security-by-design, auditability, and controlled integrations.
Why this role is different
- Small team, high ownership: you lead PMEOS as Product Owner across discovery and delivery and continuously evolve the product
- Direct impact: you drive prioritization and decisions forward and translate the vision into shippable releases together with the team
- Short decision cycles: you work closely with executive leadership as well as design and engineering (including partners)
Your qualifications
- Education and/or further training in computer science, business information systems, business administration, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (B2B SaaS, ideally with enterprise integrations and API connections)
- Strong prioritization skills, an outcome-driven mindset, and clear stakeholder communication
- Strong understanding of agile delivery setups (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and portfolio, program, and project management in organizations
- Experience with collaboration and delivery toolchains (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar)
- Analytical thinking: use metrics to justify product decisions and trade-offs
- Fluent in German and English, spoken and written
Nice to have
- AI product experience (LLM workflows, meeting intelligence, automation)
- Familiarity with enterprise security and compliance expectations (data residency, DPA, role concepts)
- Background in delivery leadership, PMO, Scrum Mastery, or program management
What we offer
- End-to-end ownership with real room to shape: you influence product, roadmap, and partner program with direct access to leadership
- Close to the market: early co-innovation, pilot feedback, and short iteration cycles instead of a “feature factory”
- Visible impact: you build a product that reduces coordination overhead and makes project work more reliable
- Flexible work model: hybrid (Lucerne and remote)
- 26 days of vacation and a modern office in the heart of Lucerne, just a few minutes’ walk from the train station
If you are looking for real product ownership rather than owning just a small slice, you will fit right in. We look forward to your application.
