Join our fast growing company as a Freelance Web Designer with English C1 language skills. We are searching for a great prefessional who will take the existing page structures and components and elevate them - improving layout, hierar- chy, clarity and visual polish - while staying consistent with brand guidelines and marketing goals.

Schedule: 9 am - 6 pm CET

Responsibilities:

• Design and build landing pages in WordPress using WPBakery and/or Elementor (and work comfortably with

existing themes/components).

• Improve and rene existing sections (hero, value props, proof, CTAs, forms) to increase clarity, engagement, and

conversion.

• Maintain strong visual standards: typography, spacing, grid alignment, and responsive behavior.

• Apply brand guidelines consistently and propose improvements when guidelines are missing or unclear.

• Create or adjust page assets when needed (icons, simple visuals, layout-driven graphics) and ensure correct

formatting/optimization.

• Implement basic front-end tweaks (HTML/CSS; light JS is a plus) to improve responsiveness, performance, and

interactions.

• QA pages across common devices/browsers and x layout issues quickly.

• Work independently: identify UX/content issues, propose solutions, and iterate based on feedback.

Requirements:

• C1 level of English language

• Proven experience designing and building WordPress landing pages (portfolio required).

• Strong knowledge of WPBakery and/or Elementor (bonus if you’ve worked with both).

• Solid understanding of conversion-focused design (information hierarchy, CTA placement, social proof, scan- nability).

• Comfortable improving existing builds without “starting from scratch.”

• Basic front-end development skills (HTML/CSS required; JS is a plus).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work fast without sacricing quality.

• Ability to take initiative, communicate clearly, and deliver on deadlines.

Deliverables:

• Landing pages built inside WordPress (WPBakery/Elementor), fully responsive.

• Clean, consistent design aligned with brand guidelines.

• Improvements to existing sections/components (layout, spacing, visual consistency, CTA clarity).

• Quick-turn iterations based on feedback.
