We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Business Analyst to join our team.

This position is open at any of our locations in Romania, including the option to work remotely within the country.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transform business and functional requirements into clear, scalable, and efficient data
• Define technical specifications and data transformation logic to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through rigorous analysis and validation.
• Utilize SQL to query, manipulate, and summarize data, providing assurance of data reliability and consistency.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and Data Engineers to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with multiple stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring shared understanding across teams.
• Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support training efforts.
• Assist in the development and improvement of business processes and digital workflows.

Requirements:

• Business analysis experience in Banking/Finance field
• Business analysis experience in Data Analysis/ Data Modelling (financial data)
• SQL experience (mid-level)
• Good knowledge of the Agile methodology
• Strong stakeholder management
• Experience with data products- preferred, nice to have
• Knowledge on the data management, ETL processes and data product concepts - preferred, nice to have
• Clear communication
• High attention to details
• Excellent team player
• Dynamic and proactive person
• Fluency in English
• Positive attitude while navigating through a complex Azure Data Cloud environment
