We are looking for two new colleagues, Senior and Medior Level in Iasi or Bucharest, who will design and deliver cloud‑native services on Azure, balancing speed and quality. You own features end‑to‑end—design, implementation, automated testing, and deployment—while helping the team elevate engineering practices, shoulder to shoulder with colleagues across locations.

What will you do:

• Design and implement resilient services in .NET 9/10 (C#, ASP.NET Core, worker services).
• Build orchestrations with Durable Task Library (fan‑out/in, retries, compensations).
• Containerize, secure, and ship services to Azure Container Apps with GitHub Actions.
• Design PostgreSQL schemas, optimize queries, and manage migrations at scale.
• Integrate with Azure Entra ID using OAuth2/OIDC and managed identities.
• Embed quality gates with SonarCloud and test automation (unit/integration/contract).
• Define and maintain IaC (Terraform or Bicep) for application infrastructure.
• Instrument telemetry (Application Insights), build dashboards/alerts, and drive incident resolution.
• Contribute to backlog refinement, estimations, and technical reviews; mentor juniors.

Must‑have qualifications

• Strong C#/.NET skills and hands‑on API development.
• Practical Docker experience and deployments on Azure (ACA preferred, AKS is a plus).
• Working knowledge of Azure Entra ID (app registrations, scopes, roles).
• Solid SQL/PostgreSQL skills and performance awareness.
• Experience building CI/CD with GitHub Actions; familiarity with SonarCloud and JIRA.
• Understanding of security by design (secrets, least privilege, dependency scanning).

Nice to have

• Hands-on API integration experience.
• Event‑driven architectures (Service Bus/Event Grid) and DDD.
• Observability practices (distributed tracing), load/performance testing.
• Blue‑green/canary releases, feature flags, and rollout strategies.
