Mission Description

You will join the Digital Workplace Open

Source and Information Preservation (OSPRE) team, a dynamic group focused on

building and maintaining scalable solutions based on a broad range of

technologies (both open-source or proprietary). The team currently manages

around 30 applications, covering diverse needs from specific tools to

transversal services.

The team brings together multiple talents,

with a strong focus on integration and operations. To strengthen its

development capacity and improve delivery, the team is looking for a highly

motivated and autonomous developer to reinforce its integration capabilities.

The ideal candidate will be operational in Python, Kubernetes, and Azure

DevOps, and will be eager to learn new technologies independently (such as

Golang and React). The role involves both improving existing integration and developing

new connectors and services on critical systems across the OSPRE technology

stack.

Profile Requirement

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Owner and the Product Architects to

understand business and technical requirements and translate them into robust

and scalable technical solutions.

• Develop, test, enhance, and maintain backend services, APIs,

and integration connectors with a focus on reliability and performance.

• Build, debug, deploy, and monitor microservices and automation

pipelines.

• Contribute to infrastructure automation and DevOps workflows.
• Manage the knowledge transfer to the team.

Activities

• Participate in Scrum Ceremonies (Daily, Review, Retro)
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code, following dev
• good practices.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and
• deployment automation using Azure DevOps.
• Manage containerized workloads on Kubernetes and OpenShift
• clusters.
• Integrate with third-party systems and develop new connectors
• as business needs evolve.

Required technical skills

• Solid programming experience — especially Python — with strong
• software engineering principles.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration
• fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or equivalent DevOps
• tooling (CI/CD, pipelines, repositories).
• Experience working with OpenShift or similar
• platform-as-a-service environments.
• Proactive and self-directed learner; comfortable acquiring new
• skills and technologies independently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team
• environment.

Nice-to-have technical skills

• Programming experience in Golang, Java or JavaScript.
• Frontend knowledge with React.js or equivalent modern frontend
• frameworks.
• Experience with Elasticsearch or distributed search/indexing
• technologies.
