The Global Leadership, Talent and Succession (GLTS) team resides within Talent, Development and Suitability and owns Deutsche Bank’s leadership and talent proposition to assess and develop talents and leaders. The role will be pivotal in driving talent related projects and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Introduce, assess and report on relevant leadership and talent data to ensure transparency on divisional and Bank-wide themes which should inform business priorities. This includes leading the GLTS impact dashboard, capturing impact metrics for programmes, processes, and tools to generate, actionable insights and clearly demonstrate the value and impact of GLTS interventions.
- Drive the creation, analysis, and integration of senior‑talent and succession insights. This includes managing succession metrics, consolidating leadership assessments data, career summaries, and pipeline analytics to inform strategic succession decisions.
- Oversee end to end governance and maintain robust data integrity for senior talent and succession processes
- Preparing presentations with a data-led storyline
- You partner with platforms and wider HRIT teams to evaluate and continuously improve existing data reporting solutions
- Support on the day-to-day project management of GLTS initiatives
- Support with HR lifecycle process planning, specifically talent reviews, succession planning and interaction with the performance management cycle and contribute towards creation of high‑quality artefacts (e.g., talent and succession toolkits, manager engagement resources)
- You will build relationship with stakeholders including TD&S, HR and the business, and contribute to regional TD&S and HR projects as a leadership and talent processes & data SME.
- As a team player you contribute to the GLTS team by using outside in views / theoretical knowledge, working in flexible project teams/squads, collaborating internationally and across locations and being flexible enough to manage unexpected additional workload or changes of priority.
- University degree or equivalent
- 3-4 years of experience in HR operations/ HR analytics/ HR business advisory/ talent management/ HR process improvement roles
- Ability to handle, interrogate and present large quantities of data in Excel and convert it into clear reporting to support management decisions; strong experience with PowerPoint, SharePoint and Adobe also beneficial
- Significant experience with HRIS and talent platforms (i.e. Workday)
- Significant experience with Microsoft packages, specifically Excel
- Experience with data analytics tools such as Tableau & Power BI
- Experience with working in large, matrixed organisations and remote teams
- Experience with project management (ideally in a HR setting)
- Fluent in English
