🚀 We’re hiring: Project & Process Manager | Global eCommerce PMO

We are looking for a mission-driven Project & Process Manager to join a compact, high-impact PMO team that supports a global eCommerce organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of projects, operational processes, and data-driven decision making, while collaborating with multiple teams across the business.

In this position, you will play a key role in coordinating cross-functional initiatives, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring the successful delivery of strategic projects within the eCommerce ecosystem. You will work closely with stakeholders across operations, digital, finance, and technology teams, helping translate business needs into structured processes and measurable outcomes.

🔎 Key Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional projects and operational programs end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Own and optimize core operational processes, creating clear SOPs, runbooks, and documentation for operational teams.
• Monitor and analyze performance dashboards and KPIs, using insights to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
• Support initiatives related to ERP/CPQ systems and collaborate on process improvements within the digital commerce ecosystem.
• Coordinate Agile and Waterfall project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and stakeholder expectations are met.
• Communicate project progress and insights clearly to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in project management and process ownership, ideally in B2B digital, eCommerce, operations, or PMO environments.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs and operational processes.
• Familiarity with ERP/CPQ concepts (experience with SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage).
• Hands-on experience with Power BI reporting and data analysis.
• Practical knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies (PMP / PMI / Agile certifications are a plus).
• Strong data literacy, with the ability to interpret dashboards and define KPI frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including presenting to executive audiences.
• Fluent English.
