Back-end Engineer Profile (Senior)
- We are looking for experienced, self-starting polyglot individuals with a genuine passion for technology.
- You are keen to involve yourself in all aspects of the software delivery lifecycle and
- Have extensive experience building new systems with modern architecture and technologies.
- Excellent skills with back-end engineering particularly in Go, but transferable skills will be taken into account (e.g. Rust, C#, Kotlin)
- Expertise with building operable services; preferably by embedding technologies such as OpenTelemetry into the entire SDLC
- Experience with deploying applications using GitOps
- Experience with automated testing, test-driven development, behavior-driven development etc.
- Experience building microservice architecture.
- Experience with platform orchestration / automation is a massive plus
- Experience setting up and maintaining build pipelines, preferably in GitHub Actions
- Knowledge of on-prem virtualized networks is a massive plus
- First-hand experience with agile ways of working and building greenfield software
- Experience with Kubernetes / OpenShift (the latter is a plus)
- Dutch language proficiency is required
