About the role

As our Accountant, you’ll play an important role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. Requires strong observation skills and a keen attention to detail. You’ll gain broad exposure across financial processes and have the opportunity to grow as the company scales.

In this role, you will:

• Own key parts of the monthly and annual close process


• Manage general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and journal entries


• Support group consolidation and reporting


• Support tax, VAT, and regulatory reporting


• Manage accounts payable


• Handle expense management and employee reimbursements


• Manage manual payouts


• Coordinate with external auditors


• Contribute to improving accounting processes and internal controls

Required

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field


• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience


• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles


• Experience with ERP systems and modern finance tools


• Proficiency in Excel


• Experience with international entities or multi-country accounting


• Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive mindset


• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively


• The role is based in Stockholm, you must reside in or nearby Stockholm.
