Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting for an Incident Management Consultant to strengthen our Connectivity Services team in Gothenburg


Responsibilities


You will be part of the Connectivity & Cloud Platform organization, working with global platforms that enable connected products and digital customer experiences. In this role, you will be embedded in an agile, cross‑functional environment where you are empowered to drive operational excellence, stability and continuous improvement. You will take incident‑related requirements all the way from initial assessment to coordinated response, communication and post‑incident optimization.


Your responsibilities will include:


Incident handling & coordination: Drive and coordinate incident response, support troubleshooting and ensure clear, timely information flow across teams.

Automation & AI‑enabled improvements: Identify opportunities to simplify and automate processes, embracing AI tooling to reduce lead-times and improve clarity.

Process & workflow optimisation: Maintain and improve incident workflows, communication routines, on‑call structures and operational processes.

Tooling & integrations: Work with tools such as ServiceNow, PagerDuty, Jira, Slack, Teams, and support integrations or in‑house applications (Go, React, Python).

Stakeholder collaboration: Engage with engineering teams, product owners, operational leads and management to ensure alignment and smooth incident handling.



Knowledge / Experience


We believe you have experience in modern incident management, combining the best of DevOps and ITIL practices while navigating complex stakeholder landscapes. You likely hold a BSc degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or an equivalent field.

Experience in the following areas is highly valuable:


Cloud Infrastructure: AWS & Azure

DevOps tools: Kubernetes, GitLab, Azure DevOps

Support platforms: Splunk, ServiceNow, PagerDuty, Grafana, Slack, Confluence, Jira

Programming languages: Python, Go, React


You are a curious and open‑minded professional, continuously striving to expand your skillset and build a T‑shaped profile. You enjoy improving processes, solving complex operational issues, and working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure system stability and transparency. You are also self-driven and comfortable engaging with stakeholders for alignment and technical elicitation.
