About The Assignment
We are looking for a Project Manager to support the delivery of business-focused initiatives in a structured and collaborative environment. The role involves working across functions such as purchasing, logistics, HR, and finance, with a focus on planning, coordination, follow-up, and steady project execution.
Job Description
- Coordinate and manage projects across business functions and related initiatives.
- Organize project teams, assign responsibilities, and create detailed project plans.
- Identify resource needs and support effective project delivery.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates on cost, timeline, and staffing.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant quality standards.
- Identify risks and obstacles and implement actions to keep projects on track.
- Support larger transformation initiatives and manage smaller projects independently when relevant.
- Coordinate vendor-related activities, follow up on deliverables, and ensure alignment with the overall project plan.
- 2–5 years of relevant project management or coordination experience.
- Practical knowledge gained through education and professional experience.
- Ability to manage smaller projects independently or contribute to larger projects under the guidance of a senior project manager.
- Experience coordinating teams, schedules, resources, and project follow-up.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with general supervision.
