We're currently looking for an experienced Java Engineer to join a major financial services project with a global technology consulting firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java-based applications aligned with business and technical requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions
• Build and deploy applications using modern cloud technologies
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise applications for performance and reliability
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices and system architecture

Technical Skills

• Java (18+) and Spring Boot
• REST API development (OpenAPI / Swagger)
• Databases: PostgreSQL, Oracle
• ORM: Hibernate, JPA
• CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD
• Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Monitoring & logging: Prometheus, Splunk
