Digital Marketing Manager | ZARA

Location: Warsaw, Chmielna 69, Varso Tover

Department: E-commerce ZARA

Salary: 13 000 - 15 000 PLN gross per month

Annual bonus: 23 000 - 36 000 PLN gross


What you will have an impact on?

1. Performance analysis & revenue delivery

  • Monitor and analyze performance to identify issues impacting results (traffic shifts, market conditions, new user acquisition).
  • Report insights to HQ and define data-driven actions to achieve revenue targets while ensuring monthly profitability goals are met.
  • Set monthly revenue targets aligned with the market and key business areas: Women, Men, Kids.

2. Budget management & performance optimization

  • Manage marketing budgets daily to optimize spend, efficiency, and campaign performance.

3. Local execution of global strategy

  • Ensure HQ strategy and guidelines are implemented locally across all channels.
  • Manage agencies day-to-day, enforce best practices, and drive joint action plans to improve channel performance.

4. Campaign quality & execution

  • Ensure ads meet quality standards (copy, headlines, landing pages).
  • Guarantee campaigns go live on time and follow brand guidelines.

5. Product feed & Merchant Center management

  • Run daily checks in Google Merchant Center to ensure accurate and compliant product feeds.
  • Resolve disapprovals, warnings, and unclassified products.

6. Campaign planning & coordination

  • Maintain Zara’s local marketing calendar for campaigns and marketing activities.

7. Technical & operational support

  • Support technical integrations, testing, and deployments.
  • Validate partner invoices and ensure timely submission to Finance.



How do we imagine You? What will matter to us?

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the same or a similar role in digital or performance marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing channels, especially Google Ads and Paid Social.
  • Proven analytical skills - ability to diagnose KPIs, identify opportunities, and clearly communicate performance insights.
  • Hands-on experience with measurement and analytics tools such as GA4, Meta Business Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Strong budget management and optimization skills, with focus on pacing, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Experience in agency and stakeholder management (briefing, coordination, follow-up, accountability).
  • High attention to detail and quality control, including creatives, landing pages, tracking, and product feed health.
  • Ability to translate global strategy into effective local execution.
  • Strong project management skills, including campaign planning, timeline management, and prioritization.
