We are looking for a senior iOS developer to join our client at the earliest stage of a UK government-funded startup. They are building a platform dedicated to gambling awareness and addiction prevention. This role is hybrid from the Krakow office.

As our Senior Developer (iOS), you will be the driving force behind the code. This project involves complex integrations between mobile apps and wearable technology. You will work closely with the Android team and CTO to build a product that is both technically robust and intuitive for people who need it most.

What we are looking for:

• Extensive experience in the consumer app space, ideally with wellness or habit-change apps.
• A track record of delivering high-quality code in a startup setting.
• Experience building permission-based features for family or group accounts.
• Someone who is motivated by the mission of addiction prevention.

Technical requirements and system design

• Practical system design for low-latency communication between smartwatches and mobile.
• Designing secure API contracts for real-time reporting to sponsors and family members.
• Expert knowledge of Swift for native performance.
• Hands-on experience with Apple Watch and general smartwatch notifications.
• Building and integrating APIs for real-time intervention and alert systems.
• Implementing biometrics and haptic feedback triggers for wearables.
