We are seeking a seasoned Head of Technology for our client, a dynamic company in the IT industry, with AI and OR products. This role is ideal for a technical leader in the AI / OR domain with 8-10 years of experience, ready to drive the company’s technology strategy and lead product development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the company’s technology strategy.
• Lead the development and enhancement of AI and OR products.
• Manage technology teams including AI engineers, data scientists and OR scientists.
• Ensure high standards of quality, efficiency, and innovation in product development.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
• Make strategic technical decisions aligned with the product roadmap.
• Design, execute, test AI and ML tasks is must, OR tasks are optional
• Be Company’s technology person, execute high level customer discussions
• Be Technology Evangelist for Company, able to present company in technical event

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in software development, AI, ML, Data or Operational Research products.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
• Expertise in modern software development practices and AI technologies.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• Fluent spoken English
