As a Relocation Partner, you will be a key member of the Global Mobility & Compensation function, supporting international employees and candidates as they navigate relocation, assignments, and cross‑border employment processes. You will oversee end‑to‑end relocation workflows, immigration‑related coordination, compliance requirements, documentation handling, and multi‑tier support, ensuring a seamless and positive mobility experience across Scania’s global organization.




About the Role



Working closely with internal stakeholders, external service providers, and international employees, you will manage the operational steps of global mobility moves. From documentation and compliance, through A1/CoC support, to ongoing case tracking, your work will directly contribute to operational excellence, a consistent employee experience, and adherence to global and local mobility regulations.




What You'll Do



Global Mobility Support

• Coordinate operational steps for international relocations, long‑ and short‑term assignments, and foreign new hires

• Support documentation collection, compliance requirements, immigration processes, and contract‑related tasks

• Manage A1 and Certificate of Coverage (CoC) extensions and track processing with relevant institutions

• Liaise with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth case progression

• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date mobility and relocation data across systems

• Handle daily employee and candidate queries, resolving issues and ensuring timely updates at every stage



Employee Inquiry Handling & Multi‑Tier Support

• Monitor, analyze, and respond to incoming global mobility inquiries

• Provide answers using templates, SOPs, and system guidance to ensure consistent service delivery

• Act as a subject matter expert for escalated or non‑standard cases



Data Accuracy & HRIS / Document Management

• Ensure that relocation‑related data is entered and maintained accurately in SuccessFactors and document management tools

• Support data quality checks, audits, and compliance‑related documentation tasks



Process Documentation & Knowledge Base Maintenance

• Identify improvement opportunities in the relocation and mobility processes

• Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization initiatives

• Maintain and update internal documentation, templates, FAQs, and user guides



Compliance, Reporting & Record Management

• Support compliance tracking in tax, labor law, and social security areas related to mobility cases

• Manage digital archiving and structured documentation for all relocation activities

• Generate mobility letters, confirmations, and standard reports as needed

• Escalate complex issues to the Team Manager or other appropriate channels




What You Bring



Skills & Tools


• Fluency in English

• Advanced proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors

• Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow and Microsoft Office

• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

• Strong customer‑centric mindset and service orientation



Professional Profile

• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, specifically within Global Mobility

• Understanding of employee lifecycle processes and mobility‑related regulations

• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with full discretion

• Experience resolving routine and complex cases independently

• Familiarity with compliance requirements in mobility, assignments, and cross‑border employment


Your Background

• Post‑secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills in an international environment

• Ability to deliver high‑quality work with speed, accuracy, and strong customer focus
