Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software development and/or senior technology roles
- 3–5 years of experience leading engineering teams
- Strong knowledge with .Net technologies and modern backend architectures
- Solid understanding of cloud-based systems, microservices, API-driven platforms
- Hands-on experience or strong exposure to Huawei Cloud
- Strong knowledge of software security, secure development practices and cybersecurity principles
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable and secure technical solutions
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Nice to Have
- Experience in marketplace or platform-based products
- Background in startups or fast-scaling product companies
- Background in SaaS, mobile-first, or data-driven products
- Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure in addition to Huawei Cloud
- Knowledge of security, privacy, and compliance (GDPR, KVKK, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s technology strategy and roadmap
- Provide hands-on and strategic technical leadership across backend, mobile and platform
- initiatives
- Lead, hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing technology team
- Oversee software architecture, infrastructure, performance, security and scalability
- Own architectural decisions across .Net-based systems, cloud infrastructure and mobile
- platforms
- Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, DevOps and system reliability
- Collaborate closely with business teams to deliver impactful features
- Manage technical debt, scalability challenges, and technical risks
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and assess their business and operational impact
