About the role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, passionate about working with data, and interested in growing into a BI Developer position.

You will start by supporting data analysis and reporting needs while receiving structured training and hands-on experience in BI development tools and best practices. Experience with MicroStrategy is considered a plus but is not mandatory.

As a BI Analyst:

• Analyze business data and generate actionable insights
• Support data-driven decision-making across departments
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs
• Participate in BI development training and progressively take on development tasks
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Reporting, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related departments
• Strong knowledge of SQL (joins, aggregations, subqueries, basic performance optimization)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to support data-driven decision-making
• Eagerness to learn new data technologies and BI tools
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with MicroStrategy or other BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts
• Familiarity with ETL processes
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
