Key Responsibilities:

• Experienced in Production Network Environment of a large enterprise impacting 100+ users
• Handling Data Center Network Operations with Business & Mission Critical applications
• Handling escalated incidents or high critical tickets
• Predicting Risk/Impact and Participating in Major Changes
• Reporting & Performance Dashboards with Capacity Planning
• Technical Transition & Documentation skills (Onsite to Offshore)
• Design, Migration and upgradation of existing infrastructure
• Provide input for Weekly and monthly status reports
• Participate in business meetings with various stake holders on a need basis
• Take corrective actions based on the customer satisfaction surveys
• Work on the service improvement programs
• Take-up technical training program on multi-vendor SD WAN technologies

Qualification & Skills:

• Expert on design, configuration and implementation of Data Center Nexus infra, Branch office Network with QoS Configuration.
• Experience in Implementation, Configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco ACI infrastructure.
• Routers and Switching infrastructure management & configuration.
• Expert level in Configuration, verification, and troubleshooting of Routing Protocols, Wired and wireless switching, Ether-channels, Security features, First hop protocol, VRF, BGP, Infrastructure Services like DHCP, NAT, Sniffer tools.
• Contribute to the development and performance of a migration plan from traditional data center network designs to Cisco ACI.
• Integrate service appliances to Cisco ACI deployments to include Application Delivery Controllers and Firewalls.
• Good understanding of Inter and Intra Tenant traffic flows, contracts.
• Experience in L2 outs, L3 outs, VMM integration.
• Understanding of how other technologies work alongside Cisco's ACI.
• Experience in Troubleshooting traffic flows, routing and L3 policies.
• Provides 3rd level technical support on data network related issues.
• Expert in switching technology with LAN and data center networking (Gigabit Ethernet, L2/L3 Switching, VLANs, STP, VTP etc.) are required.
• Network IP address design and optimization. Expert in Configuration and troubleshooting of routing protocols (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP).
• Excellent knowledge in various dynamic routing and switching protocols and network troubleshooting in datacenter network as well as WAL technologies.
• Good knowledge in Wireless technology, DNS/DHCP/NTP and experience in operational support for wireless controllers and APs on escalated calls.
• Experience in system platforms like Cisco Nexus, Infoblox, Riverbed, Cisco WLS
• Configure and Troubleshoot Network optimization solutions like Riverbed, Cisco WAAS etc.

Nice to have:

• Experience in SD WAN technologies including Viptela, CloudGenix, Silverpeak, VeloCloud.
• Aware of NSX-T, SDN.
• Experience in Network Security Operational support on ASA, Juniper firewall.
• Wireless network design and Implementation.
