What’s next?
Our application process looks like the following: Application: You apply by sending your CV and answering some questions about why you want to work at Storebrand. First interview: You are invited in for a :45-minute interview where we talk about your motivation, you can ask any questions you might have, and we uncover whether it is a good match.
Technical assessment: To reduce biases and have objective criteria when assessing candidates, we ask that you do one of the following: 1) Share a code project you’ve written previously with us or 2) complete a take-home exercise we provide (which takes up to 3 hours to complete).
Technical interview: Everyone who completes the technical assessment is invited in for a technical interview. Here, we discuss your project and go more in-depth into your technical background. The interview lasts for about 90 minutes. Final interview: In the final interview, you will typically meet the team lead, your Engineering Manager, and a representative from our People department. The interview typically lasts for 60 minutes. Offer: Your Engineering manager will reach out with an offer, and we will discuss practicalities around the start date etc. Applications are reviewed continuously.
