Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Assistant to join our team at Azco Real Estate, JVC. As part of our team in Azco Real Estate, JVC, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, providing crucial technology support that ensures the seamless operation of our real estate business. Your hands-on technical skills and prior real estate experience will make you an essential member of our IT support landscape.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and network systems for all our branches.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly for internal teams.
- Assist in maintaining and updating IT documentation, inventory, and licenses.
- Support setup and maintenance of workstations, printers, and office equipment.
- Ensure security protocols are followed, including backups and antivirus updates.
- Collaborate with external vendors for system upgrades or repairs.
- Participate in onboarding processes by preparing IT accounts and devices for new staff.
- Coordinate with the HR department regarding onboarding/offboarding procedures.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience working in IT support or a related field.
- Previous experience within the real estate industry, understanding its unique IT requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Technology Communication, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in a similar level role involving technical support and system administration.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrates professional work ethics and integrity at all times.
- Holding a valid UAE residency is preferred.
