Strong experience in Cloud Platform Operations (AWS / Azure / GCP)---Must
Strong experience in managing production cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and troubleshooting. -MUST
Strong Experience Incident & Production Support Is THE MUST
Strong experience on handling P1/P2 incidents, RCA, and working in 24/7 critical environments is MUST
Strong experience in Linux/Windows servers, patching, and networking basics (VPC, DNS, Load Balancers, Firewalls). is MUST
Strong experience in Cloud monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Datadog, etc.) is MUST
Experience In Banking Domain Preferred
We are seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer to operate, monitor, and support enterprise cloud platforms to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of banking applications and services. The role involves day-to-day cloud operations including monitoring, incident management, patching,capacity management, and operational support for cloud-based systems and infrastructure.
Experience in banking or financial services environments and familiarity with regulated production environments is preferred.

We are seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer to operate, monitor, and support enterprise cloud platforms to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of banking applications and services. The role involves day-to-day cloud operations including monitoring, incident management, patching,capacity management, and operational support for cloud-based systems and infrastructure.
Experience in banking or financial services environments and familiarity with regulated production environments is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and support cloud infrastructure and platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Monitor cloud environments to ensure availability, performance, and reliability of systems and services.
- Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution of production issues.
- Execute patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities for cloud-based infrastructure.
- Manage capacity planning and resource optimization to support business demand.
- Provide operational support for cloud services, including compute, storage, networking, and security components.
- Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams to ensure smooth cloud operations.
- Implement and monitor backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
- Ensure compliance with banking security standards, governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Support 24/7 production environments and participate in on-call rotations if required.
- Contribute to automation and operational efficiency improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in Cloud Operations, Infrastructure Operations, or DevOps support.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Strong knowledge of:
- Cloud monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Datadog, etc.)
- Incident and problem management processes (ITIL)
- Linux/Windows server administration
- Networking concepts (VPC, load balancers, DNS, firewalls)
- Experience with patch management and system maintenance.
- Familiarity with automation or scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) is an advantage.
- Experience with container platforms (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
