Job Summary

We are looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer to manage and support our cloud platforms while ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring cloud infrastructure, handling incidents, performing patching activities, and supporting operational tasks to maintain stable cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
• Perform incident management, troubleshooting, and resolution of cloud-related issues.
• Execute patching and system updates to maintain platform security and stability.
• Manage capacity planning and resource optimization for cloud environments.
• Provide operational support for cloud services and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve service disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with operational processes, SLAs, and best practices.

Required Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure operations and monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of incident management and troubleshooting processes.
• Familiarity with patch management and capacity planning.
• Good understanding of system reliability and performance monitoring.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in DevOps or Cloud Operations environments.
• Knowledge of automation or scripting (Shell, Python, etc.) is a plus.
• Certifications in AWS / Azure / GCP are advantageous.
