NOC Security & Network Engineer

We are currently hiring for NOC Network & Security Engineer to join our client based out of UAE.

Job Title: NOC Network & Security Engineer (L1–L2) – Senior

Experience: 5–10 Years

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support network and security devices including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.
• Act as the first line of support for connectivity issues, link failures, latency problems, and interface errors.
• Identify and respond to basic security events and escalate incidents when required.
• Execute standard network configuration changes in accordance with ICP policies and operational runbooks.
• Perform initial troubleshooting, diagnostics, and incident documentation.
• Collaborate with L3/network engineering teams for complex issue resolution.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching).
• Knowledge on Cisco Nexus switches.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and NOC operations.
• Knowledge of firewalls, VPN technologies, and basic network security concepts.
• Ability to troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and interface-related issues.
• Familiarity with incident management and change management processes.
