Role Responsibilities
- Create high-quality, self-contained prompts for client-side web applications, games, tools, and simulations.
- Build precise, binary evaluation rubrics tagged by verification type for frontend AI training tasks.
- Ensure all rubric criteria are pass or fail and verifiable via screenshot and code inspection.
- Apply frontend engineering expertise to train AI models on real-world UI correctness, interactivity, state management, and robustness.
- Contribute to structured datasets that improve AI performance on client-side development scenarios.
- Collaborate asynchronously with research and engineering teams to refine task quality and consistency.
- Strong experience in frontend or full-stack development or technical content creation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or vanilla JavaScript.
- Ability to write precise technical specifications and evaluation criteria.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with verification-driven workflows.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, project-based environment.
