Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Network Engineer to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of our network infrastructure. This role is ideal for an early-career networking professional who wants to gain hands-on experience with enterprise networking technologies. The ideal candidate has strong networking fundamentals and holds or is pursuing the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation and configuration of routers, switches, and network devices
• Support LAN/WAN infrastructure and network connectivity across the organization
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues
• Assist in network upgrades, deployments, and infrastructure projects
• Configure VLANs, routing protocols, and network security settings under supervision
• Maintain documentation for network architecture and configurations
• Work with senior engineers to improve network reliability and security

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Networking, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and subnetting
• Knowledge of networking concepts such as VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and NAT
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification or actively pursuing CCNA
• Experience with Cisco networking equipment
• Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools
• Internship or hands-on lab experience with networking technologies
