Job Summary

We are looking for an independent mid-tier software developer to build user-friendly web applications, focusing on front-end design, development, and testing across the full development lifecycle.

Mandatory Skill-set

• 4–6 years of proven experience as an independent software developer with a focus on front-end web applications;
• Hands-on experience handling aviation-related projects;
• Proficient in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Ruby, PHP);
• Solid understanding of web development fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript;
• Experienced with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Svelte) and back-end frameworks (e.g., Node.js);
• Knowledge of relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB);
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Desired Skill-set

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team;
• Portfolio of previous web development projects;
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus;
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices, including CI/CD and containerization, is a plus;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications;
• Design, develop, and implement web applications using modern technologies with clean, maintainable code;
• Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure high code quality;
• Manage projects independently, including timelines, budgets, deliverables, and proactive issue resolution;
• Communicate progress and updates effectively to clients;
• Provide ongoing maintenance, support, bug fixes, and enhancements for deployed applications;
• Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends, implementing innovative solutions to improve performance and user experience.
