Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior .NET Developer in San Antonio, TX. Summary: We are seeking a Software Engineer to join a growing technology team supporting enterprise applications. This role focuses on building, enhancing, and maintaining modern software solutions using .NET and cloud technologies in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, communicates clearly, and enjoys working on systems that support core business operations. Responsibilities:

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C# and .NET
- Enhance existing applications and troubleshoot production issues
- Collaborate with business partners and technical teams to deliver solutions
- Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices
- Support Agile development processes and team delivery goals
- Contribute to improving development standards, quality, and efficiency
- Experience developing applications with C# and .NET (.NET Core preferred)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Experience with SQL databases and data-driven applications
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile practices
- Ability to clearly explain technical work and problem-solve effectively
- Very strong communication skills
- Ownership mindset and accountability for delivery
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader team
