Essential Functions
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Head of HR and broader HR team
- Maintain and organize employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files in accordance with company
- policies and compliance requirements
- Assist with HR reporting, data tracking, and maintaining accurate employee information in HR systems
- Support the administration of HR policies, procedures, and internal HR processes
- Assist the HR team with intake, documentation, and coordination related to employee relations matters
- Support preparation of documentation related to corrective actions, policy acknowledgments, and HR investigations
- Help coordinate meetings related to employee concerns, disciplinary actions, and HR follow-ups
- Maintain confidential HR documentation and ensure proper record keeping standards are followed
- Support HR-led employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities across the organization
- Assist with planning and coordination of employee recognition programs, internal communications, and engagement events
- Help ensure employees have access to HR resources and support when needed
- Collaborate with HR leadership to promote a positive and supportive workplace culture
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment coordination and onboarding logistics
- Assist with scheduling interviews, preparing offer documentation, and coordinating onboarding materials
- Support new hire onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and welcoming employee experience
- Assist with HR communications, employee requests, and internal HR inquiries
- Support HR projects and initiatives across the department as needed
- Help ensure HR processes are executed consistently and efficiently across the organization
- 2-3 years of Human Resources experience in an HR administrative, HR coordinator, or HR generalist support
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms preferred (e.g., Rippling, Workday, ADP, UKG, Paycom, or similar)
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace systems
- Exceptional judgment, discretion, and emotional intelligence
- Strong project management and process-building capabilities
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
- Clear, confident communicator with the ability to train and influence leaders
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented retail environment
- Ability to assume responsibility and exercise good judgment when making decisions within the scope of the position
- Ability to perform the job safely and within respect for others, for property, & for individual safety
