Position: Microsoft 365 Administrator
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator responsible for managing and supporting Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Office 365 applications. The role involves administering collaboration platforms, ensuring system availability, managing user access, and supporting integration with enterprise systems such as SAP for document management and storage.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, SharePoint management, and SAP document integration, ensuring smooth collaboration and efficient information management across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Microsoft 365 Administration
- Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
- Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions within the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security of Microsoft 365 services.
- Implement governance policies and compliance standards for Microsoft 365 platforms.
SharePoint Administration
- Manage SharePoint Online sites, document libraries, and permissions.
- Configure workflows, document management policies, and collaboration tools.
- Support SharePoint integrations with enterprise systems and business applications.
Microsoft Teams Administration
- Configure and maintain Microsoft Teams collaboration environments.
- Manage team creation policies, meeting policies, and security configurations.
- Support Teams integration with SharePoint and other Microsoft 365 applications.
SAP Integration Support
- Support integration between SAP systems and SharePoint / Microsoft 365 platforms.
- Manage document storage, sharing, and retrieval from SAP through SharePoint.
- Ensure secure and reliable document management workflows.
Security & Compliance
- Implement Microsoft 365 security best practices, including identity and access management.
- Manage compliance policies, data protection, and retention policies.
- Monitor audit logs and security alerts.
Troubleshooting & Support
- Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 users.
- Troubleshoot issues related to SharePoint, Teams, and Office 365 applications.
- Coordinate with IT teams and vendors for issue resolution.
Documentation & Best Practices
- Maintain documentation for Microsoft 365 configurations and processes.
- Implement governance models and best practices for collaboration platforms.
