Presentation & Executive Reporting Specialist

Job Purpose

To support the senior leadership by transforming complex financial, strategic, and operational data into clear, structured, and visually compelling presentations and reports for the Board, executive management, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert raw financial, operational, and strategic data into clear and professional executive presentations.
• Develop high-quality board presentations, CEO briefings, and management reports.
• Analyze large datasets and summarize insights into concise executive-level messages and visuals.
• Prepare charts, dashboards, and visualizations that clearly communicate performance metrics and financial results.
• Work closely with departments such as Finance, Strategy, Investment, and Operations to gather and structure information for executive reporting.
• Ensure all presentations follow the organization’s corporate branding, formatting, and messaging standards.
• Support the CEO office with urgent presentation updates and high-priority briefing materials.
• Maintain templates and improve the quality and consistency of executive reporting materials.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in executive reporting, strategy, consulting, financial analysis, or presentation development.
• Strong experience working with financial data, KPIs, and performance reports.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools.
• Ability to translate complex financial and operational information into clear executive narratives.
