We are looking for an Onboarding Associate who will ensure seamless transition of new partners onto our platform. This role is critical in ensuring that every brand "Go-Live" is executed with precisionâguaranteeing that merchant offerings are perfectly structured, visually accurate, and fully optimized across both Arabic & English interfaces. You will be the final gatekeeper of quality, identifying potential hurdles proactively to ensure a flawless first impression for our customers
đ What Youâll Get Your Hands On
- Own the end-to-end activation process, ensuring merchants are set "Live" only when all platform requirements and quality benchmarks are met.
- Perform rigorous quality checks on merchant listings, ensuring covers, tags, and product descriptions are accurate, high-resolution, and culturally relevant for our audience.
- Ensure that every listing meets our platform's aesthetic and informational guidelines to maintain a premium user experience.
- Proactively flag potential blockers to the Account Management teams to prevent delays.
- Maintain and execute a high-standard onboarding checklist, ensuring no brand launches with missing data or broken user flows
- .Ability to work on a custom schedule with flexible weekend days off.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvements.
- Attention to detail and ability to think strategically.
- Native Arabic language required, fluency in local dialect is a plus.
- Bachelorâs degree in Translation, Linguistics, Marketing or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in onboarding, translation, or e-commerce.
- Demonstrated experience in using analytics tools and content management platforms.
