Haddiya is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the company’s marketing strategy and drive brand growth.
This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives across digital channels, managing campaigns, and helping build the marketing team as the company expands.
• Developing and executing Haddiya’s marketing strategy
• Planning and managing digital campaigns across social media and paid channels
• Leading brand positioning, messaging, and customer engagement initiatives
• Monitoring campaign performance and optimizing marketing spend
• Coordinating with internal teams on product launches, promotions, and partnerships
• Identifying new growth opportunities and marketing channels
• Contributing to the development of Haddiya’s marketing team and processes
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Wilayat As Seeb, Oman.
• Experience in marketing strategy and campaign execution
• Strong digital marketing knowledge (social media, paid campaigns, SEO/SEM)
• Experience in brand development and customer engagement
• Strong analytical skills and ability to track and optimize campaign performance
• Leadership and project management capabilities
• Experience working with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems
• Professional fluency in English and strong communication in Arabic
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or consumer brands is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
