Key Responsibilities
Strategic Technology Leadership
- Develop, manage, and optimize the group-wide IT strategy aligned with organizational goals and educational innovation.
- Lead and execute major digital transformation and ERP initiatives, ensuring successful delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
- Provide strategic technology guidance to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
- Establish and enforce IT governance, accountability structures, and cross-institutional technology standards.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of enterprise IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud environments, and security systems.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of IT services across multiple campuses.
- Lead IT service management processes to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
- Lead the implementation, integration, and support of educational technology platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and digital learning tools.
- Collaborate with academic leadership to enhance technology-enabled teaching and learning experiences.
- Manage, optimize, and integrate ERP, CRM, EdTech, and cloud-based systems across all institutions.
- Drive automation and seamless interoperability between enterprise systems.
- Lead major ERP or enterprise system upgrades and implementations, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum adoption.
- Establish and maintain robust IT governance frameworks, cybersecurity policies, and compliance standards.
- Implement business continuity and disaster recovery strategies to safeguard data and critical systems.
- Lead technology implementation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
- Oversee procurement processes, including RFPs, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiations.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective technology investments.
- Optimize IT resources and maintain financial accountability for all technology initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team across multiple locations.
- Foster a culture of professional development, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably in education or multi-site organizations.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation or ERP implementations.
- Experience managing enterprise IT operations in multi-location environments with large user bases.
- Enterprise IT infrastructure and architecture
- Cloud platforms: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS, or equivalent
- ERP and enterprise management systems
- Cybersecurity frameworks and IT governance
- Network infrastructure and systems administration
- Data analytics and reporting systems
- ITIL or similar IT service management certification
- Experience with education technology ecosystems
- Experience supporting international school environments
